About The Office Planet Team

Founder of Office Planet in January 2004, Philip has spent over 10 years in property, especially in the serviced office sector.

Joining the serviced office industry as the European and UK Sales Director for HQ, Philip then moved to MWB Business Exchange, where he gained further experience as their Sales and Marketing Director for the UK and Europe. Philip's roles included working on the board, running the sales and marketing departments, recruitment, opening and filling new business centres, liaising with corporate clients, producing and implementing marketing plans, and full P&L accountability.

Before moving into the property sector, he spent over 7 years with a specialist hotel sales and marketing company, promoting 4 and 5 star hotels in over 50 countries worldwide.

During this role Philip specialised in sales, but also fulfilled a general management role that covered legal, finance, and the setting up of operating companies in the UK, Greece, Egypt, Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic, Singapore, and many other countries.

Since starting Office Planet, the company has grown significantly on the back of unrivalled customer service and strong focus on the needs of the end user.

Zack recently became joint partners with Philip in the company. Having had extensive industry experience in commercial property with more than 10 years in the leasehold office market , he joined Office Planet to develop it as a niche player in an ever increasingly competitive marketplace.

Zack is extremely enthusiastic about the opportunities at Office Planet & their fresh business approach. He has been instrumental in Office Planet's early success and aims to build on the company's foundations, growing its revenue streams, developing stronger client relationships and brand recognition to provide a unique and superior service to clients. His fluency in French has broadened the company's appeal to an international client base.

Zack is a family man and has a keen interest in sports and spends most of his spare time both playing and supporting his favourite teams.

Lloyd heads the leasehold department after joining Office Planet from The Noble Harris Partnership in May 2006. His experience is in the commercial property market after working in the industry for nearly four years, specialising in West End office agency.

He is well known for his strong working ethic and enthusiasm when dealing with clients. Lloyd is a key member of the Office Planet Team and integral to our success. He has single handedly completed in excess of 35 transactions in just 2 years. Using his contacts he has also helped develop our investment agency department which continues to be a growth driver and a success for the company.

Ayaz Mawji is a new addition to Office Planet joining in April 2008. Having graduated from Aston University, Ayaz is ready to tackle the real world and use the knowledge he has gained during his four years at Aston.

He has joined the company for the great work ethic that currently exists within himself and his colleagues, as well as for the challenge of being able to be a success in the serviced office market. He has thoroughly enjoyed his role so far since joining and hopes there are many more successful years ahead of him working in the property market.

Neelam Wanti joined Office Planet in August 2008. She is currently combining her role with University where she is studying BA Hon in Business Management.

With 5 years experience in business and the property industry, Neelam takes care of all office administration whilst also taking an active interest in the legal aspects of the business and additionally ensuring all the Virtual office clients are looked after.

With over 14 years experience Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience to help us develop our future marketing strategies. Sarah has launched and developed the marketing strategies and brands for a number of estate agents in the South of England and has worked with property developers in the prestigious Sandbanks area of Poole in Dorset.

With Office Planet having such a unique service offering within the industry Sarah is now working closely with the Office Planet team to get the message out there, strengthen the brand and develop the Office Planet operation across the UK.
